Municipal General Election

Election Date: November 4, 2025

The Municipal General Election will be held for Davis County voters. To participate, voters must:

• Be a United States citizen
• Be a resident of the voting precinct
• Be at least 18 years old by Election Day

Ballots will be mailed approximately three weeks prior to Election Day. Vote Centers will be open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM for in-person voting or ballot drop-off.

Voting Information

• Accessible voting machines are available
• Ballot drop boxes available 24/7 until Election Day at 8:00 PM
• Early Voting: October 28 – October 31, 2025

Public Testing & Audit

• Voting Equipment Testing: October 10, 2025 at 10:00 AM
• Election Audit: November 14, 2025 at 10:00 AM

Benchland Water District Election

Election Date: November 4, 2025

Positions Available: Four (4) Board of Trustees Members

Candidate Filing

Filing Period: June 2 – June 6, 2025
Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: 485 East Shepard Lane, Kaysville, Utah 84037

Candidate Qualifications

• Registered voter within the municipality
• Resident for 12 consecutive months prior to election
• Not convicted of a felony
• Not an employee of the District
• Pay filing fee if required

About the District

Benchland Water District provides irrigation services to Farmington, parts of Kaysville and Fruit Heights, and surrounding areas. The District is governed by a seven-member Board of Trustees serving four-year terms.

Trustee Responsibilities

• Attend regular and special board meetings
• Approve district policies, budget, and expenditures
• Oversee district management
