By order of the Board of Trustees, accounts must be paid in full or have an approved payment arrangement within 60 days of the billing date. If payment is not received, service may be shut off and late charges will continue to accrue. Water service will remain off until all account charges are paid in full.
Billing for the irrigation season is mailed during the first week of February. Each customer is billed an annual Water Use Charge for the irrigation season that follows in that calendar year.
Initial billing after contracting for service will be issued within thirty (30) days. Subsequent billings are issued at thirty (30) day intervals until the balance is paid in full.

Annual service charges are assessed for each contracted service to cover the annual costs of providing irrigation service.

Note: Per the Board of Trustees, any user living outside District boundaries who has not been annexed into the District will be charged twice the annual use amount.
The Operations Manager is authorized by the Board of Trustees to review and negotiate special irrigation needs on a case-by-case basis for commercial users. Meters may be installed where necessary or appropriate. The cost of the meter and installation is the responsibility of the user.
In no case will the amount of water delivered exceed the amount under contract. Annual charges will be based on the contracted water quantity.
Annual water charges are due in full within thirty (30) days of the billing date. Accounts not paid within sixty (60) days are considered delinquent and may be assessed late charges.

To resume service after cancellation, the customer may be required to contract for service again and pay the $350.00 contract charge plus current annual use charges.
