Benchland Water District impact fees apply to newly installed service lines, new subdivisions, and new construction within District boundaries.
The District’s impact fee became effective February 12, 2010. Impact fees are assessed on existing homes or lots within District boundaries that did not have Benchland Water stubbed to the property as of that date.

Note: Properties above 2.0 acres are assessed using the following formula:
Number of irrigated acres × $10,523.00
For a property with 2.7 irrigated acres, the impact fee would be calculated as:
2.7 acres × $10,523.00 = $28,412.00
